We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders over ₹1000. Our aim is to keep shipping straightforward and customer-friendly.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we do not offer international shipping, but we're always evaluating ways to bring 
La Nin to a global audience.

How quickly are orders processed and shipped?
Our warehouse processes and dispatches orders from Monday to Friday. Orders will be dispatched within 7 working days after being placed. Following dispatch, we will send you tracking details to help you locate your package. We strive for efficiency to ensure the prompt arrival of your La Nin products.

How can I track my order or address delivery issues?
Upon order processing, we'll share a tracking link and number with you. For any tracking and delivery concerns, our customer support team at info@organizedchaos.co.in is ready to assist.

Returns 

What should I know about returns?
Initiate returns within 2 days only if the product is damaged. Used products or returns based on personal preference will not be accepted.

Received a damaged item?
We strive for perfection, but if your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us immediately at info@organizedchaos.co.in for a swift resolution.

Do you offer reverse pickup services?
Yes, we provide reverse pickup for many areas, subject to a nominal restocking fee of Rs. 100. If your area is not covered, please contact us at info@organizedchaos.co.in for alternative solutions.

How to Return an Item?
    •    Initiate the Return: Email us at info@organizedchaos.co.in with your order number.
    •    Prepare for Pickup: We'll arrange pickup within 3-4 working days. Ensure the product is in its original packaging and condition.
    •    Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving and inspecting the product, we'll process your refund or return. Please note that we will be unable to help with returns or exchanges, under the following circumstances:
a) If the product is damaged due to misuse/overuse. 
b) If the product is used or altered by the user. 
c) If the product is returned without/damaged original packaging including, price tags, and labels.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 10-15 working days post-inspection, credited back to the original payment method or issued as a store credit.

Can I place an exchange request?
We do not do exchanges. You will receive a refund for your returned order and can place a new order request for the product(s) you wish for.

Please be aware that products purchased during our clearance sale are not eligible for returns or refunds. We encourage you to carefully read the product-specific return policy available on each product page for clarity before making your purchase. Additionally, unless the product has arrived in a damaged or defective condition, it is not eligible for return. 
We kindly request that return requests be made within 2 days of delivery for eligible items. Regular-priced items may be considered for refunds; however, items bought on sale or with discount codes are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. This policy ensures the integrity and hygiene of our products, allowing us to continue providing you with beauty solutions that are not only effective but also respectful of our collective health and safety.
